1. Service Regions

We currently provide direct shipping services to the following regions only:

  • Malaysia (Nationwide)

  • Singapore

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During major holiday periods, processing time may extend to 5-7 business days. We will provide advance notice via website announcements.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Restrictions

We offer free shipping on all orders. Available methods are determined by product size and packaging requirements:

  1. Standard Air Freight

    • Delivery Time: Estimated 7-9 working days for delivery.

    • Shipping Cost: Free.

    • Service Restriction: This service is exclusively available for orders containing small-sized items only. The checkout system will automatically determine and display this option based on the items in your cart.

  2. Economy Sea Freight

    • Delivery Time: Estimated 15-19 working days for delivery.

    • Shipping Cost: Free.

    • Packaging Specification: All large-sized items must be crated for safe transport and are therefore shippable via sea freight only. The crating cost is included; no additional fees are required.

Note: The above timeframes are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on the specific destination and customs clearance.

4. Duties & Import Taxes (DDP Terms)

We provide "Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)" service. This means:
All import duties, VAT, GST, and any other potential import-related taxes in the destination country are borne and paid for by YIJIANG WALLART. You will not be required to pay any additional import fees upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the real-time status of your parcel on the respective carrier's official website.

6. Delivery-Related Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries, returns, or losses due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers. Re-shipping in such cases will incur additional charges.

  • Parcel Exceptions: If tracking information does not update for an extended period (e.g., one week beyond the estimated timeframe) or shows "delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please first contact your local delivery depot. If the issue persists, please contact us for assistance.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, customs inspections, or public holidays. We will work diligently with our logistics partners to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please note that items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. For large items, removal of the protective crate may affect return eligibility; please refer to the Return Policy for details.
