1. Service Regions

We currently provide shipping services to the following regions:

  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Vietnam
  • Thailand
  • Hong Kong
  • Taiwan

At this time, we do not ship to other countries or regions.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or major holidays, processing time may be extended to 5–7 business days. Any significant delays will be announced on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Restrictions

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping methods are automatically determined based on the longest side of the artwork.

Standard Air Freight

Applicable to artworks with a longest side of 140 cm (55 inches) or less.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–9 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free

Economy Sea Freight

Applicable to artworks with a longest side of more than 140 cm (55 inches).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 21–25 business days
  • Shipping Cost: Free

For safe transportation, oversized artworks are professionally crated and shipped via sea freight. The protective crate and packaging costs are fully included at no additional charge.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates calculated from the shipment date and do not include order processing time.
  • Actual transit times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and local logistics services.
  • The appropriate shipping method will be automatically determined based on the dimensions of the product ordered.

4. Duties & Import Taxes (DDP Service)

We provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for all supported regions.

This means that all import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, and other applicable taxes are covered by YIJIANG WALLART.

You will not be required to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel through the carrier's official website.

6. Delivery-Related Issues

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are accurate.

YIJIANG WALLART is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned parcels, or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Parcel Delays or Exceptions

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your local courier first.

If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions

We will work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

For return or exchange requests, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

For oversized products, removal of the protective wooden crate may affect return eligibility. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
