Most of our artworks are produced according to the customer's selected size and specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless:
- The item arrives damaged during transit;

- The product contains manufacturing defects;
- The item differs significantly from the order placed.
4. Shipping Damage, Incorrect Items & Manufacturing Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

- Exchange;

No additional charges will be required.
