Refund policy

Thank you for choosing custom wall art from YIJIANG WALLART. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as our products are custom-made to your specifications and are therefore unique.

1. Core Principle: Custom-Made Goods, Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable

  1. Nature of Customization: Each piece of wall art you order is a custom-made product individually produced based on your chosen specifications (size, image, material, etc.). It is not a mass-produced standard item.

  2. No "Change of Mind" Returns or Refunds: Due to their custom nature, all orders are final once confirmed and enter the production queue. We do not accept refusal of delivery, returns, or refund requests for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, incorrect size selection, minor subjective color variations from screen displays, or measurement errors.

  3. Please Confirm Carefully: Before completing your purchase, please double-check your order details, shipping address, and all custom options. We will confirm with you prior to production to ensure your requirements are accurately understood.

2. Shipping Damage: Free Remake & Replacement

We pack all items securely to prevent damage. However, if damage occurs during transit, we provide the following guarantee:

  1. Damage Report: Please inspect the item upon delivery or within 48 hours of receipt. If you find severe damage to the packaging or the product itself, please take clear photos or videos (showing the tracking number and damage) and contact our customer service email immediately.

  2. Verification & Solution: Once we verify the damage was indeed caused during shipping, we will remake and ship a brand new replacement to you free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item (we may require your assistance in providing documentation for the carrier's claim, if needed).

  3. Note: This clause applies only to physical damage caused during transit, not to reasons such as subjective dislike or the item not fitting its intended space after installation.

3. Warranty: 3-Year Free Warranty on Parts

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and components. From the date of delivery, you are entitled to the following warranty service:

  1. Warranty Coverage: A three (3) year free warranty covering:

    • Main Artwork: Defects in materials or workmanship for the non-wearable parts under normal use, such as frame cracking, deformation of the internal structure, or mounting hardware failure.

    • Electronic Components: Malfunction of included accessories such as LED strips, remote controls, and transformers, provided the fault is not due to mishandling.

  2. Warranty Process: To file a warranty claim, please provide your order information and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include sending free replacement parts.

  3. What is Not Covered:

    • Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or handling.

    • Fading or aging of the printed image due to prolonged direct sunlight, humidity, or other abnormal environmental conditions.

    • Normal depletion of batteries in electronic accessories (e.g., remote control batteries).

    • Minor, natural aging or oxidation of colors and materials with normal use over time.

4. After-Sales Claim Process

  2. Provide Information: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear evidence (photos/videos).

  3. Response Time: We will respond and work with you to resolve the issue within 1-3 business days (Kuala Lumpur Time, GMT+8).

5. Limitation of Liability

The liability of YIJIANG WALLART shall be limited solely to the terms described in this policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. All orders are subject to the policy version in effect at the time of purchase.
