1. 3-Year Limited Warranty

All products purchased from YIJIANG WALLART are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or appropriate solutions for the following issues:

Main Artwork Structure

  • Frame cracking;
  • Structural deformation;
  • Mounting hardware defects;
  • Manufacturing defects affecting normal use.

LED & Electronic Accessories

For products equipped with LED lighting, the warranty covers:

  • LED strips;
  • Transformers;
  • Remote controls;
  • Power adapters;
  • Electronic components included with the product.

Replacement parts will be provided free of charge after verification.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage;
  • Improper installation or misuse;
  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, or excessive force;
  • Damage caused by humidity, water exposure, direct sunlight, or abnormal environmental conditions;
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs;
  • Normal wear and aging over time;
  • Battery depletion in remote controls or other accessories.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Our support team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or supply of replacement parts as determined by YIJIANG WALLART.

YIJIANG WALLART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
