How long does delivery take?
To ensure that every artwork arrives safely, we carefully package and arrange each shipment with reliable logistics partners. Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.
- Artworks with a longest side of 140 cm (55 inches) or less are shipped by air and typically arrive within 7–9 business days.
- Artworks with a longest side of more than 140 cm (55 inches) are shipped by sea and typically arrive within 21–25 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Extreme weather conditions;
- Routine customs inspections;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation or logistics delays.
Because larger artworks require careful handling and international transportation, we kindly ask customers to place orders in advance. We do not recommend placing urgent orders with strict delivery deadlines.

What if my artwork arrives damaged or has defects?
We carefully inspect and securely package every artwork before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or you discover any defects, please don't worry.
If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number;
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible, which may include:
- Free replacement;
- Replacement parts;

- Partial or full refund, when necessary.

What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?
No worries.
Once your order arrives at the local delivery station in your area, the courier will usually contact you by phone call or text message one day in advance to arrange the delivery.

Yes. All of our artworks arrive fully assembled and are ready to hang right out of the box.
To make installation easy and convenient, we provide the following accessories with every order:

Do you offer LED light versions?
Yes. Most of our artworks are available in both standard and LED light versions.
You can choose whether to include LED lighting based on your personal preference when placing your order. Simply select your preferred option on the product page before checkout.
Whether you prefer a classic look or a more luxurious illuminated display, we offer options to suit different spaces and styles.
My wall doesn't have a power outlet, but I would like the LED version. What should I do?
No problem.
We offer both plug-in and USB-powered versions for our LED artworks.
By default, all LED orders are supplied with a standard plug-in power connection. However, if there is no power outlet near your wall, you may choose the USB-powered version instead.
Simply connect the artwork to your own power bank, and the LED lighting will work normally. We recommend using a slim power bank, and there is sufficient space behind the artwork to discreetly hide it for a clean and elegant appearance.
How do I request the USB-powered version?
On the product page, you will find an order notes box during the size selection and checkout process.
Simply write "USB version" or "Power Bank Version" in the notes section, and we will prepare the artwork with a USB connection for you.

Will the crystal diamonds fall off over time?
No. Under normal use, the crystal diamonds will not fall off.
Each crystal surface is protected and sealed with a layer of hot-melt crystal porcelain coating, which helps secure the crystals firmly while enhancing their shine and durability.
With proper care and normal indoor use, you can enjoy your artwork for many years without worrying about the crystals coming loose.
To maintain the best appearance, we recommend keeping the artwork away from excessive moisture and avoiding strong impacts or scratches.
Are the artworks heavy? I'm worried they might fall off the wall.
We completely understand your concern, and there's no need to worry.
Our artworks are made with premium materials, featuring a solid wood backing and a durable aluminum alloy frame for enhanced stability and longevity. The average weight is approximately 6 kg per square meter, and the overall weight varies depending on the size of the artwork.
Rest assured, all of our artworks are designed for safe wall installation. Based on the size of your artwork, we carefully provide the appropriate number of hanging hooks and nails required for secure mounting.
